Nomama Artisanal Ramen (also stands for Not Your Mama’s Ramen), owned and managed by Chef Him Uy de Baron, recently launched it’s 1st Open Kitchen (Feb. 20, 2012) where they invite chefs to jam and create recipes using the Nomama kitchen and ingredients. First guest chefs were Chef Rolando and Jackie Laudico who prepared these wonderful dishes : Laing Gyoza, Spanish Mackarel Kilawin Salad, Duck Confit Ramen, Kitayama Wagyu “bistek” and Rice cake Azuki Rolls. The Open Kitchen event supported the shepherd of the HILLS Children Foundation. Wonderful food! Great cause!
