Artisanal cheeses from Davao’s Malagos cheese farm

Together with Chefs Paul Huang and Josh Boutwood, Adolf and I were treated to a wonderful cheese spread by Ms. Olive Puentespina (owner & chief cheesemaker of Malagos cheese farm). She served us a combination of cow and goat cheeses ranging from kesong puti, ricotta to chevre and feta. Showing her creative style is the name Olive bestows on her cheeses, she has Blush, Rustico and best selling La Maria. Paired with chilled white wine.
