As our mornings tend to be busier and harried, it is a pleasure to be able to look forward to something that will set the tone of our day. Something delicious, flavorful, creamy and oh-so filling that it can actually elicit our first smile of the day.
Comfort food mixed and matched with all time favorites and some surprises is what’s in store in the Italianni’s Gourmet Creations by Chef Josh Boutwood. Using puff pastry and omelettes as the base for the breakfast collection, Chef Josh creatively filled, flavored or wrapped them around prosciutto ham, sundried tomatoes, pancetta, smoked salmon, cream cheese, grilled chicken, shitake mushroom, chorizo, cream dory, kesong puti, pesto, calamari & squid ink and even avocados! Oh did, I mention the crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside french toasts? It is Oh. So. Good!
The result? Nine (9) visually beautiful and fully satisfying breakfast meals. One must go out and try each delicious meal. These will be available in their Greenbelt and Bonifacio High Street branches beginning mid-May. Just a note from the wise, savor each bite. The Smoked Salmon is a delightful dish – a subtle way to greet a new morning. Here are some of my favorite from the creations. Buongiorno!
