Kyochon 1991 : Natural is best


I am really a bit late in appreciating Korean made products (skin care and cosmetics are my favorites now) but it feels good to know that am in early taking a bite at this Korean favorite chicken! Kyochon 1991, the preferred chicken chain in Korea, has finally opened its 1st store in SM Megamall.

Unlike the normal thickly battered and greasy fried chicken we all know and eat, Kyochon chicken is cooked in a very special way. The pieces are thinly battered and double fried to make sure excess oil is removed, giving the chicken clean, light taste.

The chicken comes in four (4) key flavors! I must say, the Red series is my personal favorite.

Kyochon doesn’t mean anything yet to us Filipinos, but with its promise of using only natural ingredients, light and less greasy recipe and hearty recipes, it will soon generate fans and fast food converts. I know, as I am!
