Health & Beauty with Seed Oils

I have always been fascinated by natural oils, whether for use as a moisturizer, for health benefit  or for cooking.  But then, my selection of oils is limited to olive oil, argan oil, sesame oil and virgin coconut oil. During the launch of Misso s2o wonder seed-extractor machine last month, we were told that we can now make our own oils from sesame seeds (both black and white seeds), chia, flaxseed, evening primrose, raddish and cabbage seeds!

With no additives, extenders, food coloring and other nature-identical chemicals, these seeds are a power source of vitamins and minerals, perfect to promote good health and with great beauty benefits too! Here are some of the benefits of using these oil extracts :

White Sesame Seed :  proven to help reduce wrinkles, whiten underarms, relieves eczema and psoriasis. It also has potential to lower blood cholesterol, cure sleeping disorders and aid digestion.

Black Sesame Seeds : gives a youthful glow and has the power to prevent cancer and relieve arthritis. It is also a natural remedy for greying hair

Flaxseeds can reduce cellulites, tighten the skin while being able to help in menopausal symptoms and menstrual cramps. It aids digestion and helps promote weight loss.

Chia seeds are high in omega-3 fatty acids helping the brain function properly, they are loaded with antioxidants and are called super moisturizers, perfect for oily skin and clogged pores.

Luckily, these oils can be made available for personal and immediate use via the Misso s2o Seed-to-Oil wonder extractor machine. A Korean electronic band, this machine is compact, reliable and easy-to-use. Truly a boon for people who value their time, would want to use the freshest ingredients and even get to personalize their oils by mixing and combining them as they pleased.

The machine is available locally in selected appliance and specialty stores nationwide. To know more about the Misso s2o, visit http://www.misso.com.ph or find them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram @MissoPH
